I am standing with @exoduscry & the #traffickinghub campaign to announce their new ART CONTEST, #artxfreedom. Its mission is to gather an arsenal of compelling pieces that can powerfully communicate truth & bring justice by ripping the mask off of Pornhub. This movement of art will expose how Pornhub is allowing & profiting off of videos of real-life sexual exploitation, human trafficking, & other non-consensual forms of abuse. @bbcnews published the harrowing story of Rose Kalemba (@rosekalemba) who, at 14 yrs old, was taken at knifepoint & raped for 12 hours. The videos of her torture were later uploaded to Pornhub by her attackers. She begged Pornhub to remove the videos for over 6 months, but it was not until she posed as a lawyer & threatened legal action that they finally removed them! Pornhub also features genres of porn that embrace deep overtones of racism. They recently approved & monetized a video from a verified user mocking & sexualizing George Floyd’s death!
