Miss Korea 2023 Crowning Moment Congratulations to the newly crowned Miss Korea 2023 Choi Chae-won from Seoul. Choi Chae Won is a 21-year-old graphic design student at Boston University who dreams of becoming an art director and artist. She will not compete in any international pageants meanwhile her two 1st runner-ups (Sun) will be sent to Miss International 2024 and Miss Earth 2024 later this year.
