Hey Wiz Fam, ease on down with me to the final performance of The Wiz on Broadway! This journey has been so bittersweet. My dream was always one day to see The Wiz on Broadway one day. It’s happened three times and I’m just show blessed that it was this creative team and this cast. People I get to call friends and family. Even though the run is over but THE LEGACY and yellow brick road isn’t. The Wiz Historian isn’t going ANYWHERE. In the words of Pearl Bailey I’m right where I belong, in this Oz universe to remind others The Wiz is just as important, it should be celebrated, and it’s legacy should NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
